This simple cornbread recipe is something that I make once every few weeks. It’s a great alternative to rolls or garlic bread when I need to round out a meal. I almost always serve it with this easy cauliflower and cheese soup. I highly recommend it.
Simple Cornbread Recipe
- Heat oven to 425.
- Mix together all of the ingredients. It is helpful to mix the dry ingredients, separately, and then mix with remaining ingredients.
- Transfer mixture to a greased pan. I find a 9x9 works best.
- Bake for 20 minutes and let cool.
- Smear with butter and enjoy!
